Stop selling and start earning! Scrip fundraising is a no-selling program that allows families to raise money for their non-profit organization (NPO). Scrip is just another way to pay for everyday purchases using gift cards in place of cash, checks, and credit cards. 

You purchase gift cards from your organization at face value, and your coordinator orders those cards from Great Lakes Scrip Center at a reduced price. The difference is an instant rebate for your organization and student. It’s really that simple! 

When you use scrip gift cards at your favorite retailers, you’re fundraising while you shop. Great Lakes Scrip Center offers over 300 of the country’s biggest brands, including grocery, department stores, gas stations, restaurants, hotels, home improvement, and more. Just by using scrip to pay for your normal weekly purchases, you can easily raise $500 or more per year. It’s time to put your shopping dollars to work! 

 Shopwithscrip.com and Presto Pay are the cornerstones of the Caledonia Band Booster Scrip program and an easy way to earn money for band. 

SCRIP PROGRAM BENEFITS 

Easy Earnings 50% of the rebate goes into your student’s individual band account and 50% goes to the Caledonia Band Boosters for shipping, handling and purchasing of supplies. 

On-the-Spot Convenience You can order Scrip from your home or office and the payment is automatically deducted from your bank account. 

Accuracy & Control Families place their orders online or through the app— so you control how much you earn and spend. 

Recordkeeping At any time, families can log into their Scrip account to review their purchase history, rebate totals and status of their orders. 

Safe Ordering & Payment The Scrip program is a safe and secure fundraising option. This program allows us to have a simple, paperless, cashless fundraising program that is accessed from any internet-connected computer. Only each shopper and the Scrip Coordinator have full reporting of individual family orders and rebate information!

ORDER/PICK UP DATES 

Orders are due generally the 2nd Wednesday by 6pm. Dates may vary according to holiday and school schedules. 

The Scrip Coordinator will contact you about the pick-up dates and locations. 

STEP ONE: Sign attached authorization form and e-mail to Peggy. She will get back with you with an enrollment code needed to finish registration. YOU MUST HAVE A SIGNED WAIVER FORM ON FILE BEFORE THE SCRIP COORDINATOR CAN ACTIVATE YOUR PRESTO-PAY ACCOUNT. Please email or mail to Caledonia Band Boosters, P.O. Box 501, Caledonia, MI 49316. 

STEP TWO: Sign up at ShopwithScrip.com 

1. Log onto shopwithscrip.com.Click on the Get Started Tab. 
2. The last paragraph on this page, you will see: ShopwithScrip.com
   Registration Requirements. Click on “Scrip-Using families”. 
3. Click on Not registered? Sign up here. 
4. Register by typing in your email address, password and basic information. 
5. Read the shopwithscrip.com agreement. Click on I accept (if you accept their
   agreement) 
6. At the “Join a Nonprofit” page, type the enrollment code. (You need to
   email Peggy). Caledonia Band Boosters 2000 name appears.
    

STEP THREE: Sign up for Presto-Pay 

1. Go to shopwithscrip.com. Log in and click on the My Account tab. 
2. Under the tab bar, find “You do not have a Presto pay account. Click here to create one.” Click.  
3. Read Presto-Pay agreement. Note: The agreement states that you can pay by check, however, the Band Boosters have chosen to accept only Presto Pay payments to create a paperless and cashless system. We do not accept checks. Click on “I agree”. 
4. Input Bank name, Account name (ie. Jenny Checking or Family checking), routing and account number. Your bank account information is secure and encrypted. Even the Scrip Coordinator cannot access that information. 
5. A statement will appear that states that GLS will deposit two small payments (pennies) into your account in the next 2-3 days. When you see the deposits, return to My Account Page. 
6. At the top of the page, click on the statement that says “Your Presto Pay account is not verified.” 
7. Input deposit amounts and you will receive a secure approval code. 
8. Email your approval code to Peggy. She will email you back when your account is active. 
9. Once your account it is active, you will be ready to order Scrip using
   ShopWithScrip.com or the ScripWallet app including paying with PrestoPay when you check out. Each purchase payment is securely transferred from your checking account at that time. A $0.15 convenience fee will apply per order (not per card). Please do not choose the check option as your order will not go through and may cause you to miss a deadline.
